No neighbors! It’s not a big or fancy place but it’s clean, simple, and relaxing. The stars are brightest in the country when enjoying the fire pit. Our two story cabin has 1BR with two double beds, full kitchen, full bathroom, recliners, and grills. It's perfect for couples, friends, or small families. The Ark Encounter, Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, and several distilleries are all within an hour of the cabin. This is a great place to relax between visits to these attractions.

Lake Front w/ Pool! Between Ark & Creation Museum.

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! (The pool is now closed!)

WEEKEND SPECIAL + LOW NIGHTLY RATE - Choose Anna’s Place and you will enjoy easy access to everything from the ARK Encounter to the Cincinnati Zoo. Our guests will have access to the entire side of the duplex which includes 2 bedrooms upstairs in addition to the full bath. The main floor offers a living room, kitchen with eat-in dining, 1/2 bath and access to the balcony. The washer and dryer are located in the walk-out basement. Be sure to read our awesome reviews!

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

Swiss Hills Cottage sits nestled on our 250 acre farm in Dry Ridge, KY. The interior is a thoughtfully designed modern-farmhouse-lover’s dream! Take a leisurely walk and visit our friendly cows and goats. Conveniently located in Dry Ridge north of Williamstown, just 10 min off I-75 and 18 min from the Ark Encounter.

Tiny Home/Newly Renovated/5 miles to ARK

Located right outside of Williamstown, Grammer's place is small but cozy! Our home is just 5 miles from the Ark Encounter and 35 minutes from the Creation Museum. Grammer's Place is a tiny house that sits very close to my personal home, but you will have access to as much privacy as needed. Along with this, guests will still have access to their own parking spaces. And just a few steps from the drive, up the ramp and on the porch.

Come downstairs for fresh baked cinnamon rolls or coffee or create yourself a dish in the fully equipped kitchen.
