CENTRAL ground floor suite in our home, with private entry. Located on a treelined residential street, within a 30 minute walk/10 minute drive to most major destinations on the Halifax Peninsula, including universities, hospitals, commons, and downtown core. Bus routes only steps away. Laundromat, grocery store, and shopping mall are also within walking distance. Perfect setup for two, can stretch up to four with the sofa bed in the main living space. There is ample, free parking on our street.

This is a super clean and air-conditioned residence! A very convenient location; a 10-second walk from the bus stop, a two-minute walk from a grocery store as well as a café, brewery, laundromat, hair salon, and restaurants. I would like to welcome friendly non-smoking guests to my very private Short-term Bedroom Rental in my house. It has a private deck (no-smoking) and a nice kitchenette with a dining area.
