It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. Waterfront restaurants, charming cafes, and shops are a short walk away. Nearest beach just 100 meters from the apartment. With all of this around, you might just decide to enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony over a glass of wine. 10-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5 min by taxi to the bus station. Apartmant Mareta II is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Kotor the Old Town can be reached in 5 km. Tivat Airport can be reached in 12.5 km. Our apartments are situated in the best rated area in Kotor. Wonderful view on the Kotor Bay The owners are very friendly and helpful. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

The appartment is located in the attic of the house just across the street from the beach. The appartment is new, equipped with new furniture and gadgets. There are two bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and the other one with single bed. In the living room there is a couch that can be also used as a bed when it "opens up". There is also a dinning table, kitchen, bathroom and a big balcony with a view on both the sea and the mountains.

International airport Tivat is 7 kilometers far, and the city of Dubrovnik (Croatia) with its nearby airport Cilipi is 60 kilometers away, also well connected to Kotor (Montenegro).
