Great Centro Location, Style & Magnificent Views

Magnificent views & location. Directly above the Parque Juarez and down from the Mirador lookout. Just a few blocks away from the main square. Our home is set behind and above another property, allowing for a tranquil and private setting, while enjoying stunning panoramic views of the center of San Miguel, its churches and the distant countryside. The four levels of this property allow for a clear definition of the space, yet terraced into one another, creating a feeling of amplitude while benefiting from lush greenery from the surrounding trees and walls covered with vines. Multiple terraces and fountains set the tone for a relaxing atmosphere in the clean bright interiors that are reminiscent of the Mediterranean. On the main level you will find the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen with whole house water purification system, as well as a balcony and the guest bedroom with en suite bath. Below there is a private garden with a studio providing the perfect atmosphere for artistic creation. The master bedroom, located upstairs, is amazing and is wide and open. The centrally located king size bed faces the view, french doors and balcony. The en suite bathroom has a large shower and skylight above. Just off of the bedroom is an en-suite office providing internet and wifi throughout the house and overlooking the XVII Century Chapel of the Holy Cross of Chorro, the second most historical setting of San Miguel de Allende. Directly above the master bedroom you will find the most awe-inspiring view of San Miguel from the sunning terrace or the comfort of a large shaded terrace. Enjoy a sunset cocktail or espresso from the rooftop bar as you relax and take in the view. I will work with you on all the details prior to your arrival. Once in San Miguel, our house manager, Jose, is in town and available. Esmeralda, our housekeeper, will be by 3 times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, typically around 9 am.

San Miguel de Allende offers visitors incredible colonial beauty, charming cobblestone streets, nearby hot springs, fabulous restaurants and art galleries; as well as a vibrant and lively community of artists, musicians and writers and a delightful mix of Mexican folk traditions, fiestas and religious celebrations. It is a place that should not be missed in this lifetime! This lovely flower-filled courtyard home is located in Centro, just a short walk to the Jardin (main square), to the Instituto Allende, as well as many great restaurants, and several of the best language schools. This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house which sleeps 2 to 3 people. There a king size bed and bath in the master bedroom- with a terrace right outside; and a separate single bed and bath downstairs which opens out into the courtyard. For your comfort, Casa Ramona has only the softest and finest quality sheets and towels. There are several wonderful outdoor sitting areas filled with flowers and bougainvillea, and a lovely fountain in the courtyard, all to enjoy the beautiful San Miguel weather in. There is a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of San Miguel, the Parroquia, and the mountains beyond. On the roof along with a terrace with views of San Miguel, is a studio that has a high-speed Internet connection, and a bluetooth Pill for streaming your music. Perfect for an office, reading area or art space. In addition to the high-speed Internet access & wifi throughout the house, we have a flat screen smart TV for easy access to Netflix, and extended cable television -- with many English language news, sports and movie channels. A 5- CD stereo system. A telephone and answering machine is also available for your use. There is also a combination living area and dining room, with a fully-equipped kitchen. Plus, a maid comes 2 days a week to Casa Ramona to help keep the house clean during your visit.

Beautiful 300 Year Old Colonial

This lovely 300-year old colonial Mexican home is well located in the historic center of San Miguel de Allende, just two blocks from the "Jardin" or main square. It includes a swimming pool and daily maid/cook service. Although it is a single story home, there are some steps up from the pool patio and bedrooms to the outdoor living room, and a few more up to the living/dining area and the library.

Casa Duran is a flat 2-minute walk to the popular Lavanda Café and the Artisan Market, a 5-minute flat walk to the popular Live Aqua Hotel and the central Jardín, and a 10-minute walk to La Fabrica Aurora.

Brand New Modern Loft located a few blocks from downtown. It’s located by the park in the Cañadita área, so it is surrounded by nature and still 5 min walk to the Jardín. It’s an open space with lots of light, and black out windows. 2 person jacuzzi hot tub. Rooftop with view, balcony and lots of out door space. One of the best areas in town.
