Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. Pet friendly with net proceeds benefiting animal rescue groups through Dogged Perseverance non-profit, which runs Camp Dogged.

Sugar Hill State Forest has miles of hiking trails, hunting, horseback riding, etc. Watkins is at the south end of Seneca lake where you can kayak, swim, boat, and fish.
