You can walk to the beach straight out of the building, no need to cross any roads. The condo was remodeled in Nov 2021. Brand new queen size sleeper sofa bed, brand new stainless steel refrigerator and microwave, brand new furniture, new paint, new flooring, and brand new TV. We have Netflix and free high speed WiFi.
