This is a cute little carriage house that was fully remodeled in 2016. It has one bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for a total of 4 guests, also a full bathroom and Kitchen. Nearby amenities are Wolf Creek Ski Area, Penitente Canyon climbing, biking and hiking, Del Norte for mtn biking and hiking, Monte Vista Crane Festival, Great Sand Dunes National Park, Hot Springs Pools, hundreds of miles of ATV/Motorcycle riding and thousands of acres of National Forest to explore!

This centrally located well equipped duplex is your access point to all the adventures that South Fork has to offer in the San Juan and Rio Grande National Forests. We are located just off Highway 160, where you are a short 18 mile drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area. In the summer walk to the South Fork of the Rio Grande for fly fishing as well as an easy drive to many rivers, lakes and reservoirs. Local coffee, pizza, visitors centers and groceries are all in walking distance from our place.

With roughly 70 acres of wide open fields, and nearly a 1/4 mile of river front property, the views do not disappoint. The Riverside Ranch House is located not far from local mountain biking/ hiking and OHV trails for any one with recreational interests.
