Three bedrooms, loft and fantastic covered porch lends itself to complete relaxation. Fully equipped kitchen makes eating-in a joy. This house has covered parking for 4 vehicles. We are dog friendly, pet fee $100 per stay. Only steps away from the water and perfectly set up for your fur baby. Ready for your family getaway!

Private entryway + covered parking area. Stairs lead to the main floor: living, kitchen & dining areas, 1/2 bath, laundry. 2nd flight of stairs leads to the Master Bedroom (King)w/private deck & a 2nd bedroom (Queen). 2 bathrooms (2 showers/1 tub). The main floor deck overlooks the pool & cabanas, beach view on one side. Below the condo, enjoy the picnic table & charcoal grill/bring charcoal. No smoking inside, only underneath the condo. No water crafts nor pets allowed per the complex rules.

Beautiful, spacious, beach themed, smoke free West side of our duplex. Enjoy Gulf Front views from the front decks and Bay views from the back decks. Use our private Beach property directly across the street to access the white, sandy beach. The 3rd floor has the master bedroom (w/ queen bed, private deck, and bath w/ garden tub and shower) and the 2nd bedroom (w/ queen, twin bunk, and bath w/ shower). No pets!
