Tri-level duplex centrally located in Fitchburg. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood backing up to a small patch of woods for privacy. Feel away from it all with the sights and sounds of nature yet close to all the modern conveniences. Enjoy separated living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen (per WI health code, edable cooking supplies, are not allowed–we do provide untamperable salt and pepper), 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked laundry room and attached garage!

Rustic cottage overlooking cattle pasture on our family farm. Hidden gem offers a great place to unplug and unwind, while still remaining close to lots of destinations and activities- including Paoli, New Glarus, Verona (Epic), and Downtown Madison. Nearby Belleville has access to Ice Age Trail, Sugar River, and Lake Bellevue. If visiting in the winter time, we recommend brining a vehicle with 4WD or AWD, as our driveway is quite steep and can be slick as snow packs up.

Kick back and relax at the Studio! The Studio is a 400 sq ft unique suite in the lower level of our home. A private locked entrance opens up to a sunny space with great views of a wetland beyond the backyard. Private patio to enjoy morning coffee and the sunrise. A great place to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty! We have binoculars if you love bird watching, and bikes to ride or hike the Glacial Drumlin Trail just 0.1 mile from the front door.
