'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. Nestled in woodland by Cochill burn, it offers a rural setting with ample oppurtunity for spotting our resident red squirrels. It sits close to our house, but with it's own access and small garden. It is centrally placed to access Perthshire and it's many oppurtunities for outdoor activities, between the attractive historic town of Dunkeld and market town of Aberfeldy both at 8 miles away.

This self-contained apartment, which is perfect for 2 people but can accommodate up to 2 small children as well, is set within the property owners house, situated on the first floor of an iconic listed building in the heart of the lovely Georgian village of Dunkeld. Built in 1809 by the Duke of Atholl as accommodation for the manager of the grocery shop below, the property retains many original historic features, including sash windows and wooden shutters in the main room.
