Welcome to our lovingly preserved 19th-century arcaded farmhouse, set within a spacious, fully fenced garden. Here you will find peace, open space and privacy – ideal for families, couples or groups of friends seeking nature and a slower pace of life. The house offers 100 m² of living space, three bedrooms for up to seven guests, a 30 m² covered terrace with historic arcades, and plenty of outdoor areas to relax and unwind in the greenery.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
