There are lovely historical walks around Dean Village and the Waters of Leith. Nearby Inverleith Park has plenty of green space.

Waitrose is a 5/10 minute walk and there is a Scotmid and small Sainsbury's in opposite direction again no more than 5/10 minute walk . Local delicatessens and beautiful cheese shops very close by. Beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens very close by . Modern art galleries 10/15 min walk which both have lovely coffee shop/ restaurants . Guests will have full access to the entire property and small patio area outside patio doors in flat . Great for coffee or glass of wine of which both are supplied. I will meet you at the flat to show you found and give you keys and my mobile no . I live about 15 minutes from flat . I'm available by text or mobile The apartment is set in trendy Stockbridge. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, delicatessens, and bars close by, and it's also near the Royal Botanical Gardens. Within walking distance are two modern art galleries, both with nice cafes. There is a bus stop less than 50m away from the entrance to the property giving direct access to the city. From there guests will have access to the trams and train stations taking them wherever they wish. Please let me know in advance if you would like to use sofa bed

Perfect for enjoying all that Edinburgh offers, but with the peace and quiet of a rural location. Own transport is recommended but public transport is nearby so leaving the car and hopping a bus/tram into town is easy. Guests staying without own transport are likely best to rely on local taxi services of which there are several including UBER. Plenty countryside walking available also.
