Lots of room to roam, walk a dog, keep a boat, horse, fish two ponds with bass. 8 miles from Lufkin or Diaboll, 7 miles from Angelina College. 20 minutes from Sam Rayburn. New two-bedroom country cottage. The property is very clear with lots of room. Events could be hosted "on the farm"! Staying here is like a visiting your Mamaw's house. It's simple, old fashioned decor is family friendly. The big front porch is a perfect place to sit with your coffee and watch the birds and butterflies, which are plentiful. Located adjacent to the Davy Crockett National Forest, we also have many deer and other critters in the woods behind the house. There are no visible neighbors, access is by a dirt road. Star gazing here is amazing! It's also only 30 minutes to either Crockett or Lufkin.

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!)
