Waverly Cottage is a charming comfortable apartment in a peaceful country setting just 10 minutes South of Natchez. 1 Queen Bed with memory foam mattress comfortably sleeps two adults. Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. Full kitchen features everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. Enjoy a cozy sitting area with 42in. Satellite TV, includes Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

"Rufus" is a private downtown Guest Studio located on the ground floor of Gabriel House, in the Downriver Historic District and listed on the National Register. The keyless entry opens directly into your studio. There is no "sharing" of space. It has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, coffee/sugar/cream, dishes, sink and complimentary wine. Situated very near the river, it's within a short walk of downtown restaurants, shops and music venues. It is a very comfortable and private space.

Front room has 2 double beds, dining table, vintage pinball machine, bookcases, and a desk. In back, a large kitchen with breakfast bar, sitting area, and sleeping loft with a King Size bed. Building has a Laundry Room with washer and dryer. Full bath with tub and shower, plus separate 1/2 bath. There is private off street parking. We charge NO additional cleaning fee.
