There are no AC, kitchen, or laundry in this suite. No children allowed:/ We are located in a quiet and upscale residential area with walking distances to farmer's market, local grocery store, fast food restaurants, parks, 5 minutes drive to banks, and community center. Being situated close to Hwy 10, we are 25 mins drive to YVR airport, 10 mins to USA border, 5 mins to Cloverdale rodeo, and 18 mins to White Rock. Our 2 bedroom suite has its own private entrance, Smart TV, and wifi/cable.
