A self-contained, spacious and light-filled studio in beautiful Bronte. This apartment is only a short walk to Bronte beach and just around the block from a small supermarket as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. Coogee and famous Bondi beach are also close-by yet the studio is set in a peaceful location amongst trees. There is a private entrance from the back lane but we live in the house across the garden so are generally available to help with your questions.

My fabulous sunny 1 bedroom apartment is in the heart of Bronte village and has just been completely renovated. It has sea and district views - and the beach is just there - 5 mins down the hill. It it is on the top floor of a small quiet block - with a great balcony. Lovely sea breezes - plus ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning. ***It is not a party pad... very quiet residential building... NO parties please.***
