Our property has a shared secure entrance from the street and the guest suite has its own entrance door, deck, travertine stone shower, separate toilet, kitchenette with mini-bar fridge and a small built-in robe. Queen-size bed, wall-mounted smart TV, reverse cycle air-con and a small BBQ on the deck. Laundry facilities available if you need. Minimum 2-night stay and 13% discount for 7 nights or more. Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.
