The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character". North of Chappell Hill, this historic home has a chef’s kitchen and 4 downstairs bedrooms, each with bath access. The 5th en suite bedroom with bath and sitting area is upstairs. My hope is minutes away from wedding venues. It is close to Washington-on-the-Brazos State Park , Brenham and Round Top. (Kyle Field in College station is 35 minutes away.)

Relax and unwind at the 1916 Farmhouse on Mill's Creek. Enjoy the view of the 13 acres of the Sealy countryside. Mill's Creek runs along side of the Farmhouse. Bring your fishin pole. The Farmhouse is located halfway between Sealy and Bellville. These cute little towns have some yummy mom n pop restaurants and unique shops to explore for antiques.
