We're close enough for day trips to FL & AL beaches (about 1.5 hours). If you're into history, it's not far to the USS Alabama battleship or Fort Mims. The Cottage has everything you need to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Take a stroll down a country lane, around the ponds. Watch the farm activities, or just relax under a tree and watch the sun go down on Steve's Farm and Market in peaceful Walnut Hill! This family friendly spot is sure to please your entire crew! Step out the back door and across the yard to Steve's country market for many food and snack items and local craft and gift ideas. The kids can fish, and mom can shop!

Storybook Castle BnB

Sheldon Castle is a registered Baldwin County Historic home. It is a unique, artistic structure right in Fairhope but secluded on a side street. The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door. Our guests are invited to walk the grounds of both castles.
