This 4BR/3BA secluded home is tucked away on a heavily wooded, fenced 10 acre tract, surrounded by towering post oaks, located only 14 miles from Kyle Field. This is the perfect spot for a Game Day weekend, quiet business trip, family gathering or romantic getaway. There is a fire pit with firewood provided. We do not limit to 10 guests, but we offer that the house will comfortably sleep 10. The property is fenced, but will not contain pets. Family/friend gatherings are welcome.

With this property located in the country you get to enjoy the beautiful calmness of nature while still very close to Bryan/College Station(45 minutes) as well as Franklin (20 minutes). Whether you are just going dancing at J5 Pasture Palace ( .7 miles) or have an event in Bryan (34 miles) or are visiting Texas A&M University (41 miles) all of these are just a short distance away. Mobile home is completely furnished with towels, dishes, pots & pans, coffee pot, toaster, etc. Pretty much everything you need for your stay.
