Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The apartment has 60m2, and the terrace is 40m2 , from which you have a view of the sea of the apartment is a shortcut staircase to the Old Town, beaches and the nearest supermarket. The apartment is detailedly shown in the photos. It has one double and two single beds. Under the apartment is the garden.

The studio offers STUNNING views of the Montenegrian coast line and the Adriatic sea. The pool is few steps away from the terrace where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine and watch the sunset from the apartment. The studio is 36m2 and the terrace is 12m2.(free wifi) Parties are not allowed. Pool is open from May 1 to October 31

My place is close to the center of Budva town, close to the biggest shopping center TQ PLaza, taxi stations, public transport, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, boutiques, fashion shops, 300 m from the beaches, 500 m from the Old town. Close to the hearth of night life, but enough far from crowd. Apartment is full of daylight, with lot of space. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
