Welcome! This Aggieland home is affectionately called “The Garden House,” and we are delighted to share it with you! This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

The two private bedrooms feature brand new, comfortable mattresses and bedding, and one bedroom includes a desk for remote work. Relax w/ family or friends at this peaceful stay. You won't believe how close our Airbnb is to everything in B/CS while being tucked away in what feels like a peaceful forest oasis! 3 mi to Kyle Field! Y'all feel totally at home in our space whether you're sipping coffee in the covered porch w/ cafe lights, lounging on the oversized couch watching the game, or sitting around the fireplace in the large backyard. Guests are required to esign Liability Waiver before arriving to property.

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

House-O-Blues: First Floor, Walk to A&M, King Beds

Stylish 2 bedroom with King beds in both bedrooms. This place is newly renovated in 2020 with new appliances, and quartz counters. The step-in shower is a real highlight. Located within an easy 8 minute walk to campus, even shorter to Northgate. You can see Kyle Field from the road out front and Downtown Bryan (4 mi) and Santa's Wonderland (12 mi) are just a short trip. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies.

The Retreat at St. Joseph

The Retreat at St. Joseph is a family-friendly single family house that was built by a WWII veteran in 1946. Please note that it is an older home. The house is charming and cozy, and you will create precious memories here with your friends and family! The backyard is a decent size for your dogs to run around in. Please note that this home has window units for AC and space heaters in the winter for heat instead of central heat.
