There are several relaxation zones near the apartment building, smaller grocery stores opened on the weekend within 5 minutes. By bus no. 70 (650m, 8min from the apartment) you are in 10 minutes at the Bus station and in the shopping mall, and in 15-20 minutes in the city center. The parking slot is in the apartment building. There is direct access to the D1 and R7 highways by car.
