Behind is a bushy escarpment so a perfect base for walking, biking, exploring or to just relax +watch the colours change. Located within gorgeous Murramarang National Park with walking trails starting just outside the front door including the newly opened Murramarang South Coast Walk. North Durras Beach and Durras Lake are both just down the road. Perfect if you want to be active and get out and about or just take it easy and relax in peace and quiet. Also a great overnight option if you're hiking the Murramarang South Coast walk.

Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.
