We welcome most Pets to join you, offering an adjacent secure yard. If inside we ask they are not left inside alone , sit on the couches / beds and when outside, animals must be on lead as our farm animals are near by. Unwind at our lodge in beautiful St Andrews. Just an hour's drive from Melbourne, our peaceful property has everything to help you relax. We are perfectly placed for visiting the Yarra Valley wineries with the closest one a short walk from your front door. Visiting the iconic St Andrews market on Saturday is also a must. Nestled in a private corner of our family property, the lodge is completely independent. Your only visitors will be our resident kangaroos, wombats and beautiful native birds.

Kick back and relax in this pet friendly, peaceful & stylish space. 2 bedroom home with queen beds, a double bed and leather couch - should you need an extra bed. The home has a massive outdoor dining area with fire pit & BBQ. Inside is a split system for heating/cooling and a coonara fireplace for cold, wintry weather. Firewood can usually be purchased from the Bonnie Doon service station. Views from every window, a 10 minute drive to the local pub (dogs welcome) and lake. Come and enjoy!

Moyhu Sunset Vista

Moyhu is located in the King Valley and situated ideally between Milawa and Whitfield which allows easy access to both these renowned wine producing areas. We are located a 10 minute walk to Moyhu hotel and cafe and a short drive to many wineries and restaurants in the area. It is part of our home but private with your own access and fully enclosed outdoor area . The photo on the cover is two of our Goldens and one of the guests Golden so don’t worry when you get here and there are only two.

Whether you're visiting to relax or get out to explore the region this location will have you enjoying everything the high country has to offer all year round.

A place to relax, situated on a 5 acre property with lots of space for parking. Our home is adjacent to this accommodation, we are not tolerant of drugs and parties. Minimum 2 night stay. 20A outlet for EV charging. Hot Tub / Spa for relaxing and soaking out the pains of a long drive. North east Vic has a plethora of things to see and do, no matter your taste. We have lived in this region all of our lives and are happy to help out with any queries.

Relax on the deck and watch the trains go by, or wander down the road for a cocktail or woodfired pizza. Avenel is a great launching pad for all that the Strathbogie region has to offer - art, history, wine and some fabulous restaurants.
