Die Alte Tischlerei ist ein individuelles Appartement (ca. 70 qm Wfl.) für Naturliebhaber, Individualisten, Kochbegeisterte, Hundefreunde oder ... . Ausgestattet ist es mit einer Einbauküche, 80 cm-Induktionsfeld, Umluftbackofen und Dampfgarer, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank sowie Bad mit sehr großer Dusche und separatem WC. Die Fläche ist offen gestaltet, es gibt also kein abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer. Im Außenbereich gibt es einen eigenen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit, Grill und Umzäunung.

Haus am Albsteig - Ferienwohnung mit Garten

Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).

Tiny House Amélie

The TINY HOUSE AMÉLIE is located just a few minutes' walk from the entrance to the Wutach Gorge in the heart of the Black Forest village of Boll. It is the prototype of the architecture and design start-up SYNDIKAT:WALDEN, based in Vienna, Hamburg, and, until 2023, here in Boll, and represents a reinterpretation of the traditional Black Forest wooden hut. It was designed with great attention to detail and built using only natural materials.

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus und wurde komplett neu eingerichtet. Sie eignet sich für 2 - 3 Personen. Das Haus verfügt über einen grossen Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzplätzen zur Mitbenutzung, sowie eine Garage im Haus. In näherer Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Der Stadtpark (Japanischer Garten) neben dem Freibad ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
