Our spacious bungalow offers five bedrooms, three ensuites and a family bathroom, Lounge, conservatory, dining room and kitchen. We are not a five star hotel! Please note before booking that this is a well used and loved family home with grandchildren and dogs. Not a perfected holiday home only. Property situated in the tranquil surroundings of Birnam wood and the River Tay. Dunkeld is close by and Pitlochry is a short drive away. Built in 1809 by the Duke of Atholl as accommodation for the manager of the grocery shop below, the property retains many original historic features, including sash windows and wooden shutters in the main room.

The Lodge is the two storey annexe of Heath Park which was one of the holiday homes of Beatrix Potter. It is within easy walking distance of the rail station and intercity bus stop. A car parking space is also adjacent to the house. The Lodge has been recently refurbished with a new ensuite bathroom and kitchen and new furniture. It is accessed through the main gates of Heath Park which lead to a stone gateway and small hard landscaped area.
