Op het gelijkvloers bevindt zich de inkom & een ruime garage voor fietsen & de stadstuin. Op de 1ste verdieping bevindt zich de leefruimte met keuken met een gedeeltelijk overdekt terras. Op de 2de verdieping bevindt zich het nachtgedeelte.

The house from 1870 has a garden, three connecting bedrooms and two bathrooms, two toilets and is situated in the north of Brussels. The centre takes three tramstops, railwaystation Brussels North is ten minutes walking. I have special parkingtickets (NO PARKINGPLACE) for my guests at € 5/day. You can use the ground floor, the first floor. There is a private sauna, private movietheatre and a heated swimmingpool in the garden. 3 students are living upstairs but you share nothing with them.

La casa en sí misma rebosa grandeza y encanto, con sus techos de 4,5 m de altura adornados con molduras. El espacioso jardín amurallado (18 × 7 m) es un oasis verde, privado y tranquilo en el corazón de Bruselas. Estamos cerca de impresionantes ejemplos de arquitectura art nouveau en Bruselas. La Grand Place está a 20 minutos a pie.

This house is a rare beauty in the heart of the center. The house is a ‘maison the maître’ from the early 1900, completely renovated with respect for the authenticity. The house has a back garden and enormous south facing terras. The back garden gives access to a courtyard with a private garage for your car. When you rent this house you dispose of the entire house. Except the garden level that was the old maids apartment. It has a separate access and is private.

Charming guest house near Mechelen

This fully equipped apartment is located next to our home and has a separate entrance. An original spiral staircase gives access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom and private balcony on the first floor. On the second floor is the bedroom with a double bed and garden view. In the spacious hallway next to it, there are two sofa beds and space for a crib. The house is quietly situated on the blue-green outskirts of Mechelen, just 6 km from the city center.

Pets on request. Garage in the house. Baby bed, chair and bath available.
