You will be close to everything when you stay at our Cozy Cottage. It's a 2 minute drive to Main Street, many restaurants, grocery stores, and the U of Montevallo. Peaceful parks - Orr, Shoal Creek, Ebenezer Swamp, Cahaba National Wildlife Refuge, & Brierfield SP - bring you close to nature. Relax with a beverage on the front porch swing or the back deck. Gorgeous home in a quaint neighborhood just minutes from Hoover and downtown Birmingham! Bring the family to this great home with lots of room! Fenced yard & walking trail behind the home that’s great for peaceful walks. Lots of room for everyone! $200/pet. Please be sure to state that you have a pet when booking. 15 people is the max allowed in the home without prior approval. Parking is not allowed in the grass or in front of neighbors’ homes/No commercial vehicles are allowed.

The Cottage is on the top of a hill overlooking a beautiful 32 acre property of pastures with a flock of Kathdin sheep and other animals. The Cottage has an open floor plan with a full kitchen and laundry room. From the time you arrive until the time you leave, you'll be inspired and wishing your stay had been longer. The spaces are filled with lots of antiques, beautiful art (for sale) and lots of unique items.

This 2 Bed, 2 Bath adorable home is a perfect retreat in a quiet area convenient to everything, with lots of land around. 5 mins from UAB Medical West, 10 mins from Hoover, 20 mins from Birmingham, 35 from Tuscaloosa and anywhere in between! Cozy front and back patio, fenced in Backyard, and a 3 car driveway. This is a non-smoking property (zero tolerance policy), no parties, etc. Pets allowed (Dogs Only) $25 per pet. $250 fee for any undisclosed pets, so please let us know!
