‘Little Hartleys’ is a detached, converted stable with cosy wood burning stove. Perfect for families where children can use our play park complete with sunken trampoline and zip wire and visit our chickens. From time to time, other animals will be housed on the property. Country walks start opposite the main entrance & within 1.5 miles you can find yourselves in our charming local pubs. Cowbeach Cottage is Grade II listed and has been lovingly restored to a high standard. It features a wealth of old oak beams and an inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. It is tastefully decorated throughout to provide a relaxing space. The bespoke oak staircase leads to a beautiful vaulted bedroom with views across the Kent countryside. The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

Clad in aromatic cedar wood, beautifully furnished - ideal private, woodland retreat for couples. Can also comfortably sleep up to 2 children (from 5 years) on single mattresses in loft area accessed by a ladder and hatch. NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. A wonderful place to chill-out and lose yourself - you won't want to leave! Sheer bliss!

The Grange - Lower Barn Farm, Bodiam, East Sussex

The Grange at Lower Barn Farm is a quirky, rustic, converted detached barn designed with a touch of industrial components which makes for an ideal rural getaway. 70 acres of rolling country side and wooded grounds on the Kent and Sussex borders, complete with idyllic fishing lakes, are just waiting to be explored. There are woodland walks, an abundance of wildlife to be discovered and even the 14th century Bodiam castle, a 5 minute ride away, if you’re lucky you might even spot a kingfisher.

The Paper Mill Stables

Set in the beautiful grounds of a fifteenth century Wealden hall house, The Stables is a delightful oak framed cottage - a hidden-away and peaceful haven for two. There is a sitting room with woodburner for super cosy nights in, and the pretty bedroom has a luxurious 4000 pocket sprung king size bed, and quality Egyptian cotton linen. Outside is a secluded garden with a terrace, and seventy acres of woodland and pasture to wander through; our resident Labradors will be pleased to join you!

Dog friendly. Close to many famous houses and gardens ,Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Chartwell, Batemans and Scotney Castle. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away. Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

14th-Century House in Rye's Historic Citadel

Hucksteps is a medieval, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house centrally located in the Citadel of Rye. Facing St Mary’s Church, the house is surrounded by cobbled streets, period architecture, literary associations, stunning coastline, and vibrant culture. Camber's sandy beaches and dunes are an easy walk/cycle/drive away. A High Street full of independent shops, restaurants, inns, art galleries, Kino cinema, Rye Spa Retreat, tea rooms are round the cobbly corner.

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.

Set in a picturesque village with miles of country walks, this detached Summer House is located just a few minutes walk from the village centre where you will find a local pub, tea rooms and village store. From its position you will enjoy beautiful views of rolling countryside and access to various walks on your doorstep. There are several National Trust places close by like Sissinghurst and Scotney Castle.

Double Shepherds Hut near Vineyards and Gardens

Welcome to The Fold, the World’s sexiest shepherds hut! It’s actually two huts joined in the middle, for twice the space. Highlights include a copper bath, wood burner (plus background heating), king size bed, TV and kitchen. The Fold is in its own field, ensuring privacy and peace, year round. This is an area of hop fields, orchards, vineyards, castles, gardens and cute medieval villages
