This retro house is a property our family calls the Beach Pit. It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors. You will likely feel a mix of nostalgia contrasted by the comforts of modern day conveniences. Watch the world go by through the big bay windows, enjoy the beach wagon for time at the beach or hunker down and watch a movie. Dogs welcome at no extra charge, fully fenced yard.

It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...). The first night includes the room rate, a one-time cleaning fee, and taxes; subsequent nights are charged at the room rate only, with no extra fees or taxes. Making extended stays more affordable. This casita is fully furnished and decorated. It sits on a quiet and family oriented golf neighborhood. It has a nice backyard setting to enjoy in peace a family reunion and bird watching. Very close to prime shopping, dining and family attractions.
