This is a 4300 sq ft house with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, private office, and 2 laundry areas. This is a monthly rental with a 30 day minimum stay. Close to Space Center Houston and NASA Johnson Space Center 5 miles, Kemah Boardwalk 4 miles, and on the waterfront. Not for parties or events. Single family residence by deed restrictions.

Outstanding Clear Lake City, Houston home only 5 minutes to NASA JSC and 20 minutes to Downtown Houston, or the Kemah Boardwalk! The home features a huge pool and spa with a 4 ton rock waterfall! The pool and spa can be heated. Spa is free to heat but we charge to heat the pool in winter. The back patio is exceptionally large and perfect for enjoying the outdoor space day and night. What can I say about the house itself? This was our own home for 18 years and we made it delightful!

We are located just 1.5 miles from the Kemah Boardwalk, minutes from NASA/Space Center, & halfway between Galveston and Downtown Houston. You’ll love our place because of the quaint island setting, great for sunrise and sunsets. Come watch the boats passing and relax on island time, all while being respectful of our neighbors. We have a pool (not heated) and hot tub. No parties allowed.
