Our unique place has a style all its own. Located on five acres there is always something in bloom on our property. This efficiency apartment, located on the ground floor of our home, has its own entrance, a Queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom with a standing shower, living room with tv, community gym, and washer and dryer access, Our pond has bass, so bring your fishing pole, or read a book while sitting by a babbling creek. Enjoy a small fire at the whimsical chiminea located in the patio area.

If you want to escape traffic and people, this is the perfect place. Destin, Pensacola, Navarre, and Fort Walton Beach are a hour drive away. Beautiful local parks and rivers are within 10 minutes. This is the place for hunters hunting blackwater! Blackwater State Forest is steps away from the camper and river, just a two minute drive down the road. The 2022 camper has new linens and pillows, super clean and stylishly decorated. The full-size bunk beds are roomy and comfortable.l country

The Sunset Cottage

Come make memories you won’t forget in our beautiful, romantic tiny house. Watch the sunrise over the fields while sipping a cup of coffee. You will Enjoy exploring the nearby Coldwater Creek during the day, Or if you rather relax on the most beautiful beaches in Florida, it is a short drive. After a busy day, enjoy a magnificent view of the sunset or watch the deer as they approach the fields from the East. Please understand we are still improving the outdoors with additional landscaping.

Beach House Blue **Beach on a Budget**

Beach House Blue is a mile away from The Barn (wedding venue), is 45 minutes to an hour to the beaches of Destin, 20 minutes to Publix in Crestview, FL and if you want some old town fun, we are 8 miles south of Florala, Alabama which is the home of Lake Jackson. You can do so fun antiquing in Florala too. Beach House Blue is great for relaxing, separated bedrooms for privacy, wonderful outdoor space and a fenced in back yard. Enjoy the space, the two kings, one queen and one full bed.

Pick blueberries in season. 40 mins to Navarre Beach. 30 mins to Pensacola. Kitchen w/fridge/micro/toaster oven/dbl burner cooktop. Queen bed with comfy Serta mattress.

( must ask for code) NEAR BY ACTIVITIES: Emerald Coast Zoo, Hunting, Golfing, Charter fishing, Parasailing, Snorkeling, Canoeing, Tubing down river, Hiking and Amusement Parks.

Mae's Cottage is a peaceful little bay house located right off of Interstate 10 in Milton (< 1 mile) and is within steps to the beautiful Blackwater River and Bay. It is approximately 100 yards from water access where you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or just watching the sun set. There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful little bungalow.

The perfect Adult retreat. This 2 bedroom 2 full bath home stands out with a tropical style garden, large deck and custom outdoor bar. We are located 3.3 miles from I-10. You can unwind in the European style library, watch a movie on the 65” Smart TV, or enjoy a cold drink at the outdoor bar area. Coffee on the deck in the garden is the best. If you are looking to move to the area, we have an in-house Realtor that can assist you. Not suitable for children under 12.

The property is fully fenced & the spacious backyard features an above ground swimming pool!
