The Gams has natural stone and oak wood floors, a kitchen with cozy seating area, living room, bedroom, second open loft bedroom and modern bathroom. Explore the loving details to be found throughout the apartment. Our goal is that you look forward to returning "home" at the end of a full day of sports or sightseeing. You can walk to shops/restaurants/bars in 5 min. Enjoy and relax during your stay!

Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Sie verfügt über hellen Wohn-Essbereich mit moderner komplett ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Bodenheizung, gratis Wi-Fi und eine sehr große private Terrasse. Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

So nah an der Stadt und doch mitten in der Natur! 2 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung (Wohnküche mit ausziehbarem Tagesbett, Schlafzimmer mit Wasserbett), natürlich mit Badezimmer, WC und eigenem Eingang. Die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus. Die optimale Lage beim idyllischen Naturschutzgebiet "Völsersee" überzeugt auch durch die nahe Lage an das abwechslungsreiche Stadtleben Innsbrucks. Wer sich in den Bergen und der Natur wohl fühlt, die Stadt aber nicht missen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres kleinen Einfamilienhauses und strahlt Tiroler Gemütlichkeit aus. Der wunderschöne Blick von Wohnbereich und Terrasse aus über die Felder Achenkirchs, direkt auf das Rofangebirge und die Seekarspitze, erleichtert das Fallenlassen vom Alltagsstress und lädt zum Genießen und Entspannen ein. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Located in Mils (15 km from Innsbruck), this beautiful Tyrolean farmhouse is around 650 years old. From the outside, the listed historic building has a romantic appearance, while the mountain panorama in the background makes this charming property truly eye-catching. Inside, on the ground floor, you will find a modern 75 m² apartment, fully renovated in 2015, as well as an approx. 20 m² terrace. This unique accommodation combines the charm of a historic farmhouse with a modern interior.

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. We are private room landlords and offer apartments in our own house. My name is Angela and I will always be on site during your stay.

Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).
