Comfortable 1 bedroom cabin located in the foothills of the White Mountains. This cabin makes for a great starting point for your days adventures or place to relax afterwards. It is well stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your getaway and all that the area has to offer. Many great restaurants within minutes of this location or you can cook your own meals in the full kitchen. We are close to hiking, biking, kayaking and much more. On top of the trees, overlooking the Sugar River in the quaint town of Newport, NH you will find plenty of year round activities including swimming, floating, fishing on the beautiful, clear Sugar River, right outside the back door. You will find the treehouse sits up in between 2 beautiful northern hemlocks and is fully equipped inside.

The house is 20 mins from ski resorts, x-country skiing, snow shoe trails, tubing. Optimal snowmobile location with several primary and secondary trails right down the street. Fully-stocked kitchen. The Lake house

Enjoy the southern exposure, a sugar sand walkout beach, an L-shaped dock, and classic Lake Winnipesaukee construction. The open concept includes a full kitchen and a living room. The spacious bathroom also includes a washer and dryer. It has one private bedroom, and a ships ladder guides you to a loft containing additional sleeping space, with a catwalk to a private balcony overlooking the lake. This property has a detached bunkhouse with two full-sized beds and a ¾ bath.

Cozy Eastman Cabin

Come stay at this cozy modern cabin in the Eastman community on a private 4-acre lot overlooking a heavily wooded forest. Large windows facing the woods let in a ton of light and make you feel like you’re in the treetops. The house is perfect for a small family getaway or a couples retreat. Go for a dip in Eastman Lake down the road or explore hiking and biking trails which are plentiful and nearby. Please note, 4-wheel-drive may be necessary in certain weather conditions.

More space is available to accommodate up to 4 guests occupying the entire 2nd floor which would add a bedroom with a double bed and a large room with a pull out sofa. There is a $15.00 charge per night for each extra guest.

Loon, Waterville, Gunstock, etc.

A-Frame in Gilford

Our cozy A-Frame home is just minutes from Gunstock Mountain Resort and the Gilford town beach at Lake Winnipesaukee. Three bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 guests, with 2 queens, and 1 full, and 1.5 bathrooms. Outdoor area includes a hot tub, fire pit, brand new large deck with dining table/seating, and a gas grill. 1 mile from Bank NH Pavillion and 5 miles from Weirs Beach.
