A unique studio that is part of a historic double shotgun-style home just across from the New Orleans Fair Grounds Race Course, home of Jazz Fest! Enter the completely private suite through your own private side door to the one bedroom studio, complete with galley kitchen and bathroom. Built early 1900s, our home has been completely renovated. This is our family cottage home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is newly renovated, and decorated. We occasionally open it to all responsible, respectful, adult guest who abide by the house rules. No outside guest allowed after check in. It is 6.7 miles/15 minute drive to New Orleans/ French Quarter. We live next door. Absolutely no parties/ Booking Person must be the guest/ no more than 3 guest ever. We may ask for ID. If unsure. before you will be given the key. Wifi and Netflix.

For something more low-key, explore Algiers Point’s historic streets and levee or hang out at our restaurants, coffee shop, & bars - all a 5 minute walk away. Know that linens are ALWAYS freshly laundered after each guest.
