There is so much to love about this charming little house! It was built in 1905 and has many original features such as 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors and multiple built in fireplaces. Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! Just make yourself at home!

The "Story House" is a 1917 home we moved onto our 15 acre property and renovated. It's furnishings are clean and comfortable, and its beautiful cypress interior belies its rough, aged exterior. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for you to whip up your own meals-the closest restaurant is miles away. This is the perfect place for a solitary writer or a family looking for a different kind of get-away! You'll want to explore the property- it's an Adventure in Learning about a by-gone era!

Ideal for couples, business and adventure travelers to relax in a "private" cottage on a bluff. Safe parking for vehicles. Tie a boat at the dock. Write or read a book, fish, watch birds, lay in a hammock or do some crabbing. Dine and visit historical and recreational areas. Steps lead down and up a private entry door of the cottage.
