Its half a block from the Wellsville High School and 2 blocks from Quackenbush Fields & Island Park. There's a large front Victorian porch, a spacious back deck, fenced in yard, and a gas grill. You will enjoy charming, spacious, clean rooms. The full kitchen is very accommodating, large dining room & living room.Two full bathrooms and four bedrooms with king & queen beds.

You will enjoy DIRECT RUSHFORD LAKE FRONTAGE and have access to the dock where you can fish, tie up a boat or take a swim in beautiful Lake Rushford. You will enjoy watching the lake come alive in the morning with a cup of coffee, or a nice glass of wine for a direct view of the sunset over the lake in the evening. Enough lawn space to play any game imaginable and easy access down to the lake.
