A sleek kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooktop, compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, and portable oven. A dedicated work desk with high-speed internet completes this refined space for guests who appreciate boutique comfort and timeless design.

Spacious 500 square ft. guest suite, five steps down from private at- grade garden entry, within our beautiful 1904 Dutch colonial on a quiet street in lovely Alameda. The space has standard 8ft ceilings, plenty of natural light with 6 full size windows and a patio space in our lovely garden. Amenities include Roku TV, kitchenette appliances but not a full kitchen. The Queen bed and the full size sofa bed can sleep a family of 4. Easy walk to public transit, restaurants, shops and parks.

Great space for a lovely trip to the Bay Area! Located in a very safe & quiet neighborhood of Alameda. The cottage has a private bathroom with shower (no tub), a kitchenette with microwave, and the most comfortable queen bed. Close to Oakland Coliseum, BART, SF, Oakland Airport, and ferry to SF. Great access to Bay Farm Trail and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. ** Please note that the bed is against the wall, so if you are a group of two, one person will be against the wall.

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

Unit was renovated with bamboo floors, a beautiful kitchen, dining area, outdoor patio, and beds complete with high thread count sheets and a Eurotop mattress in the master. Amenities include complimentary use of laundry and game room with a pool table and classic arcade console. Our place is great for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Victorian duplex. Walking distance to great restaurants, movie theater, and Park Street nightlife. One block to express bus into San Francisco or a short drive to the ferry terminal in Alameda or Bart station in Oakland. Please note: Once inside the unit there is one flight of stairs (16) to the apartment. The Victorian era staircase is narrow and steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
