Begin the day with breakfast in the dappled shade of a flagstone terrace surrounded by potted plants and mature trees. Entertain company in a spacious living room with plenty of seating and a sound system, and cook meals in a family size kitchen. This property is completely independent and has no common areas with any other apartment In response to Coronavirus, additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect. Before a new arrival we disinfect all surfaces with a certified disinfectant, and steam cleaner. We are very close to the hospitals Ygeia, Mitera, IASO, IVF Embryogenesis, ecc. As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Most of the biggest private hospitals , such as HYGEIA,MITERA,IATROPOLIS,EMBRYOGENESSIS,IATRIKO KENTRO, are in less than 2 km.far from the apartment. The excellent home

The house is fully renovated and stylishly decorated. The house is a semi-basement with much sun light. The window of the house overlooks the square and there are coffee shops, supermarket, a laundry service, a bakery and many other shops. Also there are near Alsos Pangratiou, Panatheatic stadium-Kallimarmaro. Throught the Zappeio Park, Syntagma, Acropolis can be reached on foot in 27 minutes. Also Evaggelismos metro station is 10 minutes away and it is near Benakis museum and National gallery.
