Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Apartment central located -2 min walk to the lake

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

You will enjoy the private location, the fantastic views of the lake, and the mountain panorama of this internationally known vacation destination in the heart of Europe. From May, 15 to October 15, the "Zell am See Kaprun summer/mobility card" is included in the price which provides you all kind of activities, like natural attractions and sightseeing.

Die herrliche Ruhe und der schöne Ausblick in die Großarler Berg und Naturlandschaft ist bestens um sich zu erholen und Kraft zu tanken. Im Winter verfügt Grossarl über ein Hochmodernes Skigebiet wunderschöne Abfahrten und Tiefschneehänge . Da sich unser Haus auf einer Anhöhe von 2,5 km Bergstraße befindet werden im Winter Schneeketten empfohlen.

Unser neu errichtetes AlpenNatur Chalet ist ein exklusives Ferienhaus errichtet aus heimischen Naturmaterialien wie Altholz, Zirbenholz und Naturstein. Direkt am Tauernradweg mit Ausblick auf die Bergstation der Areitbahn und die umliegende Natur, findet man hier die perfekte Auszeit. Eine frei stehende Badewanne und unsere Zirbenholz Sauna gehören sicher zu den Dingen welche man anderswo nicht so leicht findet.

Ihr übernachtet in einem charmanten, alten Bauernhaus, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail erhalten und gestaltet wurde. Das Haus vereint traditionellen Charme mit modernem Komfort und erzählt noch heute die Geschichten vergangener Zeiten. Durch die zentrale Lage habt ihr die schönsten Berge und Skipisten direkt in der Nähe – ideal für Familien, die Natur, Bewegung und Erholung verbinden möchten.

Es gibt leider keinen fixen Parkplatz beim Haus - es kann ein Parkplatz in der öffentlichen Garage für 15€/24 Std. angemietet werden, Stand: April 2025.
