Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Parkplätze in Doppelgarage.

House Jardin is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you will be alone and have privacy on this large property, and house Jardin, garden, sauna, jacuzzi, pool and pool house only for yourself. Property is first row to the sea in Ždrelašćica bay close to the bridge that connectes Island of Ugljan and Pašman. Old town of Zadar is very easy to visit, 20 minutes with passenger ferry boat from Preko. To come to Preko you need 10 min with car or 15 with local bus.

Kuća za odmor Sudinjevi dvori u potpunosti renovirana stara dalmatinska kuća idealna za obiteljski odmor s kapacitetom za 6 osoba. Kuća je na dvije etaže s prostranim dvorištem. Tu je velik vanjski kamin te natkrivena terasa. U prizemlju kuće smještena je kuhinja s prostranim dnevnim boravkom i blagavaonicom, unutarnji kamin te WC. Na katu su 3 spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima i kupaonicama. Iz balkona se pruža lijep pogled na marinu i otoke. Kuća je u mirnom predjelu Sukošana.

Objekt se nalazi tik uz obalu u prekrasnoj tirkiznoj i dinamičnoj uvali Kosirina. Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Terasa je natkrivena i gosti na korištenje imaju 2 ležaljke, 2 ljuljačke,sup(daska za veslanje), roštilj, solarni vanjski tuš...

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).
