Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you will be alone and have privacy on this large property, and house Jardin, garden, sauna, jacuzzi, pool and pool house only for yourself. Property is first row to the sea in Ždrelašćica bay close to the bridge that connectes Island of Ugljan and Pašman. Old town of Zadar is very easy to visit, 20 minutes with passenger ferry boat from Preko. To come to Preko you need 10 min with car or 15 with local bus.

Nakon prekrasnih sutona, u vrelim, mediteranskim noćima, osvježit će vas ugodan poljski zrak. Ako se želite rashladiti u čistom moru parka prirode Telašćica, najbliža osamljena plaža je udaljena 2-3 minute od kuće. Kuća je opremljena malom kuhinjom i vanjskim grillom.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).
