Stay cool in the jungle! Casa Almendras is a peaceful, private retreat surrounded by nature’s magic.. monkeys, birds, butterflies, and lush greenery all around. Located in a central yet secluded spot, it features a cozy outdoor area with a hammock. Families are warmly welcome. There’s one bedroom with a double bed, and two single beds in the living area. The cabins , has been constructed using a mixture of techniques and diverse materials, it is an attempt to recover the use of traditional materials and aesthetics. Most of the bamboo used and all the wood has been recovered from the bamboo forest and fallen trees after Hurricane Nate in October 2017. As each cabin on my property is designed by me and each one is different from the other.
