The family room (39 sqm; first floor; facing the courtyard - without a view of the train!) consists of two rooms, each with its own bathroom and two entrances to the balcony. The smaller, 14 square meter room with the 1.40 m wide, made-up bed is separated from the larger room by a lockable connecting door. There is also a small fridge here. In the larger of the two rooms (bed width: 1.80 m; beds made) there is a kitchenette with two hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cookware and cutlery. There is an extendable dining table with two chairs and a bench. Both rooms have a flat-screen TV, a small table and two armchairs. The bathrooms have a shower/toilet, towels, hair dryer, facial tissues, make-up mirror and liquid hand soap. In the bathroom of the larger room there is also a towel radiator.

Doppelzimmer mit Aufbettung (Erzgebirgsbahn)

The double rooms (20 sqm; first floor; street side, with balcony and view of the train) are, like all our rooms, named after writers who wrote poems and stories about the train. The texts are available for reading in the rooms along with a biography of the author. The room has a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), a small refrigerator, a flat-screen TV, a small table and two armchairs, a pull-out sofa bed (1.25 mx 2.00 m), a small fridge and a small bottle of water (0 , 5 l). In the bathroom there are towels, a make-up mirror, facial tissues, a hair dryer and liquid hand soap.

Große Ferienwohnung (Erzgebirgsbahn)

The large holiday apartment (41 sqm; ground floor, street side with a view of the railway) has a kitchen-cum-living room with kitchenette (oven, four hobs, fridge - without freezer, sink) with toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cookware and cutlery. Two consecutive bedrooms (bed width room 1: 1.60 m; bed width room 2: 1.40 m) lead off from this, both of which have access to the shared bathroom (with shower/toilet, towels, hair dryer, facial tissues, hand soap and make-up mirror). All three rooms have a flat screen TV.

Premium Ferienwohnung (PensionErzgebirgsbahn)

Our premium apartment has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and dining table. From the eat-in kitchen you enter the bedroom (bed width 1.80 m and sofa bed) and the living room with living area (can also be used as a sofa bed). From there you can also access the bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. Hand soap and make-up mirror. You will find a flat-screen TV in the eat-in kitchen with seating area and in the living room.

The larger single room (13 sqm; ground floor; facing the courtyard - without a view of the railway!) has a made-up single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), a desk with a small bottle of water (0.5 l), an armchair, a small table, a small refrigerator, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a large shower, a toilet, heated towel rail, towels, hair dryer, make-up mirror, hand soap and facial tissues.

Im Wellnesshaus wohnst Du in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem zentral. Nur wenige Gehminuten zur Stadtmitte oder Heiligenfeld-Klinik. Der Perlsee, die Berge Gibacht und Cerchov und das Freizeitbad AquaFit sind gleich in unserer Nähe. Großzügige, moderne Zimmer, in warmen Farben, laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Habitación individual más pequeña (Erzgebirgsbahn)

The smaller single room (10 sqm; ground floor, courtyard side - no view of the railway!) has a made-up single bed (90 x 200 cm), an armchair, a small table with a small bottle of water, a small fridge, a flat-screen TV and a wash area with hairdryer, make-up mirror, liquid hand soap and facial tissues. The shower and toilet are separated from the rest of the room by a folding door.

Habitación doble gris

Pensión U Martina fue renovada en 2021. Está situada en una zona tranquila cerca del centro, a 3 minutos de la estación de tren y a 15 minutos de la columnata del spa. Tenemos 4 camas, 3 camas y 3 habitaciones dobles. Cocina totalmente equipada y dos baños compartidos con inodoros. Toda la propiedad y el estacionamiento están protegidos por un sistema de cámaras.

Kleine Ferienwohnung (Erzgebirgsbahn)

Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist 35 qm groß und verfügt über einen Schlafraum, ein Bad, eine Diele mit Kochzeile und einen Wohnraum mit Essecke und ausklappbarem Schlafsofa. Vom Wohnzimmer aus betritt man den windgeschützten Balkon. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. In der Essecke gibt es zudem noch einen kleinen Backofen. Das Bad verfügt über Dusche/ WC.

Habitación doble 12 (Pensión Waldhaus)

Este dormitorio doble está ubicado en el primer piso. La habitación tiene una cama doble, un baño incorporado con ducha y WC y una sala de estar. La sala de estar separada con 2 sillas, una mesa y un sofá te invita a sentarte y relajarte. El sofá se puede convertir en una cama para otra persona si es necesario.

Habitación doble 14 (Pensión Waldhaus)

Este dormitorio está ubicado en el primer piso. La habitación es con cama matrimonial con ducha y WC. Una sala de estar separada con 2 sillas, una mesa y un sofá, donde puedes sentarte, relajarte y ver la televisión. El sofá se puede convertir en una cama para un máximo de 2 personas si es necesario.
