Located in one of Zadar’s most beautiful old neighborhoods, our apartment is 15 min walk to the Old Town and 5 min to the sea, main bus station and supermarkets. A scenic seaside promenade near the apartment leads directly to the Old Town, with several beautiful beaches along the way. Tourist tax (City of Zadar): €1.50 per adult (18+) per night. Ages 12–17 pay 50%. Under 12 free. Included in the final price. Like VAT, it does not go to the host — we collect and remit it to the authorities.

My place is located 150 meters from the beach, 15 min walk from the old town and 7 min walk from the main bus station, is close to nightlife and the airport(15 minutes drive). My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities. Bus station is 20 meters from house. Place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The house has a yard with a fence and a covered area for parking cars. The yard has a barbecue, a small table and benches. In the winter terrace is allowed smoking and pets. Holiday house Miri consists of a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor which overlooks the terrace with a heated pool. The first floor is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a balcony and panoramic views of the islands. The second floor is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a balcony. On the rooftop, there is a jacuzzi and sitting area. There are two parking spaces next to the house. The house is completely covered by the WIFI.
