This 16 foot yurt is perfect for those visiting Denali Park, want a full view of Denali, and have a 360 degree view of nothing but mountains, river, and forest! The yurt is only 29 miles from the entrance to the park and is equipped with power, propane cook stove, lights, toyo stove heating for temperature control, wood stove, and wood for purchase ($10 a bundle). Being elevated, you can walk out the door to great views and if clear weather, a full view of the tallest mountain in North America!

A great private location with beautiful views of nature, you will feel relaxed and at ease in this beautiful area. Look out for the Northern Lights/Aurora with no houses on the north side of the road to block any view of them. The home has a comfortable queen bed. Cook on the gas range with all the necessary cooking utensils available. The house has Wi-Fi, TV / Amazon Fire Stick to watch your favorite shows. The house includes hot water to the taps, indoor toilet and stand up shower. (see below)

South-facing windows provide a perfect opportunity to view the aurora or sunsets over the Alaska Range. Trails lead to the Creamer's Field wildlife refuge. We built the Rocky Top AirBnB as place for our parents to stay in the summer. In the winter, it's yours! It's an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. At night, watch the Aurora from bed or the large north-facing windows. The large couch is a comfortable place to watch the low winter sun traverse the mountains to the south during the day.
