Beautifully modern farmhouse located in Champion, PA, only minutes from 7 Springs Renovated and professionally decorated from top to bottom, this home features 3 bedrooms (master has a king, second has a queen, and third detached bedroom being separate guest suite with queen bed and queen pull out), kitchen with granite and stainless, fireplace, a/c, huge deck. The home is set on 2 very private acres with woods on all sides and a stream running through the back yard. A short drive to the resort.

Thelma’s Place is a completely renovated 2 story house, nestled in the beautiful Laurel Highlands, yet conveniently located right along Route 982. It’s just minutes from Arnold Palmer Airport and the city of Latrobe, as well as Westmoreland Fairgrounds. Pittsburgh is within an hour’s drive. Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, and Seven Springs (20 miles away), are other nearby attractions. We welcome long term stays, including guests looking to work remotely.
