Located near our historic home, built in 1848, you’ll find a carriage house with an upstairs apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. You are only five to 10 minutes from BSU and IU Ball Hospital, downtown, Elm Street Brewing, the Children’s Museum, walking trails and most restaurants.

Welcome to the Studio by Falls Park. This is a family-friendly studio apartment with a separate entrance. You are within walking distance to several good restaurants and the local drinking hole (The Wine Stable), Falls Park, walking trails. Located 10 minutes off I-69, and 20 minutes North of Indianapolis. Harrah’s casino is 15 minutes North on I-69. Studio has shower/bath, 1 queen bed, a full size futon, queen size blowup mattress and kitchen.

This property offers a lodge feel with the benefits of being right in the middle of Muncie close to Everything!! 2 miles or less to Ball Sate , Minnetrista , shopping, and restaurants. You have your own fenced in yard. There is also a private little porch and a fire pit to enjoy your evening. We also accept dogs. We do not require a pet deposit but if your pet causes any damage we will request restitution through this sight.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The unit is set up similar to a duplex . Shared stairway to upper unit with lockbox entry to unit . 2 bedrooms , 1 bathroom, kitchen, sunroom, family room, dining room, laundry room. Adults only in this unit due to balconies . Owner also currently hosts Historic Eighth carriage house .
