We feel like we're on vacation every day of the year and look forward to sharing our 26 acres with you. A large amount of our property sits on the Diascund Reservoir which provides a whole other side of nature. Opened April 1, 2021.

Stargazer Tiny Cabin

(Winter: Stargazer has a diesel heater and a woodstove but is not insulated. The cabin can be kept quite warm into the low 30's if these heaters are running. Below freezing may freeze pipes, message for info) Rustic off grid tiny cabin tucked in the trees on the back side of a large field. The cabin has solar, kitchenette, shower, composting bathroom, heat, and Wifi! Enjoy being immersed in nature while staying comfortable in a quirky cabin built from local and reclaimed materials.

The Nook

Enjoy a getaway in this cozy 1 bedroom apartment attached to a classic 1940s Cape Cod home minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. You'll be within biking distance to many local attractions such as Williamsburg Winery, Jamestown Island, Jamestown Settlement, Jamestown Beach, and Billsburg Brewery. Busch Gardens & Water Country are a 15 minute drive. The Nook was completely refinished in 2020. Need more space or traveling with a group? Inquire about our other units.

1891 Coastal Charmer: fully renovated farmhouse

Built in 1891, this farmhouse has been totally renovated by a professional designer. The Cottage is filled with coastal colors and accessories so it feels fun and updated but still retains the feeling of walking into a well loved family beach cottage. We are pet friendly as any beach cottage should be and love seeing our guests and their pets enjoying the cottage. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This recently updated cottage is steps away from our local farmers market and a short ride to all that Williamsburg has to offer. Walking distance to local grocery store and local restaurants. Minutes drive to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown Island, Billsburg and other outdoor breweries. William and Mary is minutes away. Newtown shops and restaurants is a short drive. Bush Gardens is a 10 minute drive

Come visit this quiet and peaceful setting on the Ware River in historic Gloucester VA. The cottage sits on a 65 acre waterfront property. This fully updated cozy cottage is a great home base for exploring Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown and Richmond. Pets are welcome with a small fee and pre-approval. There are serval buildings and gardens to enjoy so please take note of the picture captions for details on the cottage and other dependencies.
